I have been associated with the fitness industry for more than 9 years training and motivating clients. I’m a big believer you need to ‘practice that which you preach’ and that I have attempted all sorts of coaching and also have a strong belief it isn’t a ‘one size shoe fits all’ method of training my clients.

For Fitness One to One Fitness sessions focus on functional physical exercises which suit your goals and lifestyle and promise to deliver results. We look after all goals whether they be weight loss, lean muscle, muscle building or sports related.
Unlike regular gyms where you have to wait to use equipment our One on one PT sessions deliver a higher intensity functional workout which delivers fast results and can be achieved outdoors or in the comfort of very own PT Facilities. Some of the equipment we use are Kettlebells, PowerBags , Power Sled, Power Ropes etc
